These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the jjjpk platform, operated at https://jjjpk.cam ("Platform", "Site", "jjjpk", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you ("User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to these Terms and all documents incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

jjjpk is an online sports betting and casino information platform. This Platform provides educational content, platform guides and betting information primarily for users in Pakistan. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. Online gambling may be restricted in Pakistan under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable legislation. jjjpk does not represent, warrant or guarantee that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. This is not legal advice.

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

Registration and use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Age verification will be conducted as part of the KYC process and jjjpk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, business entity or organisation.
• You are not a resident of, nor accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Territory where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer or contractor of jjjpk or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by jjjpk for breach of these Terms or any applicable policy.

To access the full functionality of the Platform, Users must create a single registered Account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of an Account:

• Each User may maintain only one Account at any time. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• All registration information provided must be accurate, complete and current. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including username and password. jjjpk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access caused by a User's failure to secure their credentials.
• Users must notify jjjpk immediately via the Help Centre if they suspect any unauthorised access to or use of their Account.
• jjjpk reserves the right to decline any registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
• Account credentials must not be shared with, sold to or transferred to any third party under any circumstances.

KYC verification — including submission of a valid CNIC or passport, proof of address where required and a liveness check — must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. Users should upload documents only through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. Documents must not be altered, obscured or falsified.

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful or abusive purpose, including but not limited to identity fraud, money laundering or match fixing.
• Accessing the Platform using automated bots, scraping tools, artificial intelligence systems or any other automated means without the express prior written consent of jjjpk.
• Exploiting errors, technical glitches, system vulnerabilities or miscalculated odds ("palpable errors") to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from palpable errors are void and will not be paid.
• Using multiple accounts, third-party accounts or coordinating with other users to manipulate bonus conditions, odds or any other Platform feature.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational betting behaviour.
• Transmitting or uploading any malicious code, viruses, trojans, worms or other disruptive or damaging material to the Platform.

jjjpk reserves the right to monitor Account activity for compliance with these Terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, voiding of bets, retention of funds and referral to relevant authorities, where prohibited conduct is identified.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed through the Platform. Sport-specific rules, in-play rules and casino game rules are published separately and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. jjjpk does not accept bet cancellations or modifications after a wager has been placed, except where expressly permitted under applicable market rules (e.g., Cash Out functionality, where available).
• jjjpk reserves the right to void, suspend or settle any bet in the event of a palpable error in odds, system fault, event cancellation, or where it has reasonable grounds to believe a wager breaches applicable rules or is connected to match manipulation.
• Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a wager is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• In-play bets are subject to additional rules, including that acceptance may be delayed during live events and that the Platform may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• For cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral Pakistan series — additional specific rules apply to abandoned matches, reduced-over formats, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments and void conditions. Users should consult the applicable cricket betting rules before placing wagers.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply per event and per User account. jjjpk reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake restrictions at its sole discretion.

All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions. Available payment methods, minimum/maximum limits, processing times and applicable fees are subject to change and are displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of each transaction.

Payment methods that may be referenced on jjjpk for contextual purposes include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), debit/credit cards and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT). These providers are mentioned for context only. They do not endorse, affiliate with or support jjjpk or any gambling operator. Users must independently verify provider terms before transacting.

• Deposits: All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed in the cashier.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that matches the User's verified account name. Full KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times are determined by the operator and the chosen payment method. No specific processing time is guaranteed. Users should refer to current cashier information for indicative timelines.
• Currency: All account balances and transactions are denominated in the currency specified at account registration. PKR-denominated examples on the Platform are illustrative only.
• Fraud Prevention: jjjpk reserves the right to delay, suspend or refuse any deposit or withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or breach of these Terms.

All bonuses, promotions, free bets and special offers issued by jjjpk are subject to these general Bonus Terms and any specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of conflict, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

• Bonus amounts quoted on the Platform (e.g., "100% Welcome Offer up to PKR 25,000") are illustrative examples only — not guaranteed live promotions. Actual bonus amounts, wagering requirements and availability may differ and are determined by the operator at the time of the offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonuses and associated winnings that remain unconverted at expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per User, per household, per IP address and per payment method, unless the specific offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
• jjjpk reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including where there is evidence of abuse, technical error or system exploit.
• Systematic exploitation of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus abuse, matched betting across multiple accounts and exploitation of free-bet conditions — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and account closure.

jjjpk is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a suite of account-level tools to assist Users in maintaining control over their gambling activity. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options, all accessible from the User's account dashboard.

Users are strongly encouraged to use these tools proactively. Once a self-exclusion period is activated, it cannot be reversed before its expiry. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment only — not as a source of income, a means of recovering financial losses or a solution to personal difficulties.

All content published on the jjjpk Platform — including but not limited to text, articles, guides, graphics, logos, interface designs, software code and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jjjpk or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and related laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, transmit, display, sell, license or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of jjjpk.
• You may not use the jjjpk name, logo or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation or partnership without prior written authorisation.
• You may not create derivative works based on Platform content or use Platform data for commercial purposes without explicit consent.

Personal, non-commercial use of Platform content for reference purposes is permitted, provided that appropriate attribution is given and no modifications are made. jjjpk reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jjjpk, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to use the Platform or any part thereof;
• Any interruption, suspension, delay or unavailability of the Platform due to technical failure, maintenance, cyber-attack, force majeure or any other cause;
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise;
• Any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in Platform content, including but not limited to odds errors, bonus descriptions or payment method information;
• Any third-party content, services, websites or payment providers referenced on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

jjjpk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it determines that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable policy;
• The User has provided false, inaccurate or misleading registration information or documentation;
• The User has engaged in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion or match manipulation;
• jjjpk is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction or court order;
• The User has accessed the Platform from a Restricted Territory;
• The User's Account is associated with activity that jjjpk reasonably suspects to constitute money laundering or other financial crime.

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the Help Centre. Where an account is closed at the User's request, any remaining verified balance (subject to applicable wagering conditions being met) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary operating licence. Users acknowledge that this jurisdiction may differ from their country of residence.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law in the User's country of residence provides otherwise.

jjjpk does not represent that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Users in Pakistan are reminded that online gambling may be restricted under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related legislation. It is each User's personal responsibility to ascertain and comply with applicable local laws. This provision constitutes contextual information only and is not legal advice.

jjjpk reserves the right to amend, revise, update or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, jjjpk will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through the Platform (such as a notice on the homepage or a notification to registered Users). The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure via the Help Centre.
